These SMS Terms & Conditions apply to text-message programs operated by RJD Quality Investments LLC (“RJD,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By affirmatively selecting an RJD SMS consent checkbox or otherwise providing documented consent to the RJD marketing text-message program, you agree to receive messages at the mobile number you provide.
Program
RJD may send marketing text messages about offers to buy your property, properties RJD has for sale, and real estate updates.
Consent
SMS consent is optional and is not a condition of purchase or of any transaction. You may submit an RJD website form without agreeing to receive text messages.
Message Frequency and Charges
Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.
Opting Out and Help
